The WOM Slam goes breakfast...and a gourmet one at that!
Our first ever morning Slam, we'll be helping the folks at the DC Central Kitchen figure out how to spread the word about the noble cause they lead.
"Combating Hunger, Creating Opportunity" is their mission and the WOM Slam community will see firsthand how they go about doing that (and trust me, there are some really good stories there).
Plus...you will see what a TON of food looks like (and I mean literally, as 2,000 lbs of food is delivered to their premises every single day.)
After a tour of the facilities, we'll begin the Slam and the staff will prepare a gourmet breakfast for you to consume with your co-Slammers.
Prizes (subject to change, of course) include cookbooks, chef's knives, gift certificates, and more.
As usual, it'll be a fast-paced, high energy event. Team format will be in play.
So, bring your "A" game and get ready to WOM!!!
